  • A clove of garlic
  • A glass of water (200 ml or 6.5 ounces)
  • Slightly grated ginger (3 g. Or 0.1 ounce)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml. Or 0.5 ounce)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g. Or 0.9 ounces)

Cooking

  • It is very easy to cook. The first thing you need to do is bring a glass of water to a boil. While you wait for it to boil, cut the garlic clove into very small pieces or, if you like, you can chop it. Whatever you prefer. In this way, the beneficial properties will be best preserved for cooking.
  • When the water starts to boil, you can add the 3 grams (0.1 ounce) grated ginger and the chopped garlic. Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let the infusion stand for approx. 10 minutes more.
  • Is it ready now? Super! the next step is easy. Strain the contents and keep the water. Now just  add a tablespoon of organic lemon juice  and a tablespoon of honey. This adds sweetness to the delicious infusion or tea of ​​garlic.
