  • 5 pork chops (750 g)
  • ½ cup thick cream (125 ml)

  • Olive oil (as needed)
  • 2 ½ cups blue cheese (500 g approx.)

  • Start by preheating the oven to 220 ° C.
  • Polish the pork chops and place them in an ovenproof dish. Season with plenty of sea salt and olive oil.
