  • If you have a sensitive scalp, you should only use jojoba oil immediately before washing your hair.
  • In addition, you should increase your intake of Omega-3, a fatty acid found in fish and vegetables.

Normal hair is often healthy hair

Thick and normal hair is often healthy and there are fewer problems with it.

How can I treat normal hair?

  • Apply a tablespoon of olive oil all over the scalp and hair from the roots to the tips, right after washing it. Then wrap the hair in plastic or cover it with a hood. Let it work for 10 or 15 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water. Apply conditioner as usual.

Thin hair

Thin hair is more fine, brittle and is more likely to fall off. This problem can be due to a poor diet, vitamin deficiency, poor hair care or in some rare cases an illness.

The solution?

  • Heat a cup of apple cider vinegar and dilute it with a cup of water and rub it into the scalp with gentle movements. Cover the hair with plastic and let it work for 30 to 40 minutes.  Apple cider vinegar  helps restore the scalp’s pH balance.

The solution?

  • To strengthen brittle hair, you can massage a small amount of coconut oil into the scalp and hair. Wrap the hair and let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes. Rinse.

  • Mix 10 drops of  tea tree oil, essential eucalyptus or bergamot oil with 25 grams of jojoba or almond oil. Massage it into the scalp with light, circular motions, and rinse with the shower.
  • If you are looking for a long-term treatment, you can mix a small amount of witch hazel with some mouthwash and rub it into the scalp after washing and conditioner.
  • For best results, be sure to eat foods that are rich in  zinc, such as heart mussels, crabs, lean meats, lobster, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds and salmon.
