  • 360 g wholemeal flour

  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp. tomato sauce (45 ml)
  • 240 g mozzarella cheese
  • 240 g minced salmon
  • 1 tbsp. oregano (15 g)

Cooking

  • The first thing you need to do is make the pizza dough. To do this, mix butter, yeast, eggs, flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Next, add milk and knead it until you get the desired consistency. Form a ball, and sprinkle with a little more flour. Next, leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

  • 2 tbsp. sunflower oil (30 ml)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g rice
  • 2 onions (200 g)
  • 120 g mushrooms
  • 240 g salmon
  • 1 tbsp. pepper (15 g)

Cooking

  • First, mix flour, an egg, butter and a tablespoon. salt in a bowl. Next, add water and mix it until you get a dough. Put it in the fridge.
  • Next, boil the rice with sunflower oil, a little water and the remaining salt.
  • Next, take the dough out of the fridge, flatten it out and cut it into two pieces.
