Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 300 grams of frozen blackberries or any other type of berry of your choice.
  • 300 grams of frozen bananas (we recommend cutting them into slices before freezing them).
  • 2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter or 1 tablespoon protein powder.
  • 1.2 dl cold water.

Preparation

  • First,  put the frozen fruits, peanut butter, water and ice in a blender.
  • Then, blend it to a creamy consistency.
  • Finally, toppings, such as homemade muesli or coconut flakes, are added.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 frozen bananas.
  • 50 grams of natural almond butter.
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 2.3 dl cold milk of your choice or cold water.
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon.
  • Chocolate buttons (optional).

Preparation

  • First, put the first six ingredients in a blender and blend to a thick and creamy consistency.
